Aneka Hidangan Kek Raya Lazat dan Menyelerakan

Aneka Hidangan Kek Hari Raya untuk anda cuba sempena hari raya ini!

Kek Cappucino, Kek Keju, Kek Pandan Lapis, Kek Lobak Merah dan banyak lagi....



Kek Cappucino


Bahan :

150 gm krim

putar

150 gm gula kastor

50 gm serbuk kopi }dibancuh

Sedikit air suam }

20 gm gelatin halal – dicairkan

5 biji putih telur5 biji kuning telur


Cara:

1. Putar putih telur dan 50 gm gula hingga pekat. Ketepikan.

2. Kuning telur diputar dengan baki gula hingga kembang.

3. Campurkan adunan ini dengan krim putar serta bancuhan serbuk kopi.

4. Masukkan gelatin ke dalam adunan putih telur. Kacau hingga rata.

5. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan kek. Simpan dalam peti sejuk hingga beku.





Kek Keju



bhn:

500gm krim keju

200 ml susu cair100gm gula aising

50 gm tepung berserbuk penaik

20 ml susu segar3 biji telur kuning

3 biji telur putih }jadikan

10 gm guka kastor }meriqueKek Span



Cara:

1. Putar krim keju dengan gula aising hingga gebu

2. Putar kuning telur, tepung gandum dan susu segar selama 2 minit. Masukkan krim keju(1). Kacau hingga adunan sebati.

3. Masukkan merique dan putar lagi hingga rata

4. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan yang telah dilapis dengan kek span.Bakar dalam ketuhar selama 1 jam. Sejukkan sebelum dihias.







Kek Pandan Lapis



Bahan kek:

110 gm gula kastor

110 gm tepung berserbuk penaik

110 ml santan

100 gm tepung gandum

50 ml air daun pandan

4 biji telur – dipukul

4 biji kuning telur

2 sudu besar marjerin

½ sudu kecil krim tartar

½ sudu kecil baking powderBahan kaya pandan:

125 gm gula kastor

50 ml santan

50 ml air daun pandan

3 sudu besar tepung jagung

2 sudu besar agar-agar

½ sudu kecil pewarna hijau(Satukan semua bahan dan masak hingga pekat.



Cara:

Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 200 darjah selsius. Lenserkan acuan kek dengan marjerin.

1. Pukul gula kastor dan kuning telur hingga kembang.

2. Masukkan tepung jagung, tepung berserbuk penaik, krim tartar dan baking powder.

3. Gaulkan hingga adunan rata.

4. Tuangkan santan, air daun pandan dan putih telur. Adun hingga sebati.

5. Masukkan marjerin, pewarna hijau dan gaul rata.

6. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan bulat. Bakar dalam ketuhar selama 20 minit. Sejukkan kek ini.

7. Potong kek kepada 3 lapisan. Sapukan setiap bahagian dengan kaya pandan dan lapiskannya.

8. Sapukan lebihan kaya pamdam di permukaan kek. Simpan dalam peti sejuk.







Kek Lobak Merah



Bahan:

300 gm lobak merah – dikisar

1 cawan gula kastor

1 cawan gula perang

1 cawan minyak sayuran

1 cawan keju Ricotta

3 biji telur

2 cawan tepung berserbuk penaik

2 sudu besar baking powder

2 sudu besar soda bikarbonat

1 sudu kecil garam

2 sudu kecil serbuk badam

½ cawan kismis



Cara:

Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 180 darjah selsius. Lenserkan acuan kek dengan marjerin.

1. Putar gula perang, gula kastor, susu dan keju hingga sebati.

2. Masukkan telur dan putar hingga larut.

3. Masukkan tepung, baking powder, soda bikarbonat dan garam.

4. Masukkan kismis.Tuangkan adunan dalam acuan. Bakar hingga masak.
